The BHR standard has been developed by asking Australian hotel customers what they want in a hotel website
While developing and designing our website we asked Australian hotel customers what they wanted when booking online and then worked to deliver what they requested. The overwhelming response was that they wanted to know what they were booking and trust that the ratings were accurate so they weren’t surprised or disappointed when they arrived.
The BHR Standard was our answer. Each hotel listed on betterhotelroom.com is either Silver, Gold or Platinum.
What are the 3 levels of certification?
- Silver – A high standard of available services and facilities offering the traveller great value but not offering every facility or service.
- Gold – An exceptional level of service and facilities offering the traveller every facility and service expected as a high end hotel.
- Platinum – The highest standard. A hotel with exceptional facilities and standards offering that little extra, unsurpassed by any other hotel and offering the traveller a unique one off hotel experience.
Our certification process ensures whether Silver Gold or Platinum, every facility and service offered by the hotel is of a high standard.
