The following terms and conditions apply to and form the basis of the BHR Rewards Points program. Members, including Charity members and Business members taking part in the BHR Rewards Points program do so on the condition that they have the responsibility to read and accept the below terms and conditions.  By becoming a member,  or a Charity member or a Business members you irrevocably agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, without notice.

Definitions

 “Affiliates” means a 3rd party person or entity which has a business or other relationship with BHR.  

“Associate” means any associate of a business nominate by a business.

 “BHR” means the company Better Hotel Rooms Pty Ltd (ACN 607 694 397) and the web site betterhotelroom.com 

 “Customer” means the person, company or other legal entity that books the room and or services of a hotel through the BHR web site/s.

“Hotel” means Hotel proprietor or supplier of hotel rooms, or provider or operator of accommodation, or persons or entities authorized to act on their behalf as a provider, agent, operator, manager, or by other arrangement, or a party to this agreement.

“Hotel rooms” means rooms located within a hotel which may from time to time be available to be sold and or booked on BHR.

“Member” includes individual members, business members and charity members.

“User” means any user nominated by a charity.

“Web Site/s” means the web sites accessible through the URLs betterhotelroom.com or any other URL owned by BHR.

Operative Terms

  1. The BHR Reward Points program is offered by BHR at its discretion.  Members accept and acknowledge that BHR Reward Points are of no commercial value and are offered by way of a gift or incentive to members. 
  2. Members irrevocably accept that BHR may amend, alter, discontinue or suspend the whole or any part of the BHR Reward Points  program at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
  3. Members irrevocably accept that BHR may alter or change, increase, decrease or amend the number of BHR Reward Points accumulated and or the number of BHR Reward Points required for a BHR Rewards Voucher
  4. Members irrevocably accept that BHR Rewards Points do not constitute property, have no value, can not be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred, assigned, bartered, exchanged, or used or transferred as part of domestic settlement or negotiation, and are not transferrable on death.
  5. BHR reserves the right to discontinue any membership at any time and for any reason.
  6. Members acknowledge and accept that the sale or barter of BHR Rewards Points is strictly prohibited. Members also acknowledge and accept that the sale or barter of any hotel room or services purchased with, or in part by a BHR Voucher is strictly prohibited.
  7. Where there is no activity in a members account for a period of more than 18 months, BHR may terminate the membership and forfeit all BRH Reward Points held at that time in the member account.
  8. Members irrevocably acknowledge and accept that where any tax accrues and or is payable in respect of BHR Reward Points, or a hotel room or services purchased wholly or in part by BHR Rewards Points the liability and payment of that tax is the sole responsibility of the member.  The member indemnifies BHR in relation to any tax that may have accrued or is payable in relation to BHR Reward Points and or any hotel booking, accommodation or services purchased wholly or in part within the BHR Reward program.
  9. BHR Reward Points can only be used on betterhotelroom.com 
  10. Where the total dollar value of the voucher or vouchers used towards a booking exceeds the total cost of the booking, any dollar value above the cost of the booking is forfeited.  An individual voucher can only be used once towards one booking.
  11. Customers, whether an individual, charity or business customer receive 10 BHR Reward Point for every $200.00 spent on our websites. BHR Reward Points accumulate automatically in your account.
  12. BHR Reward points are only accumulated on bookings made online, therefore bookings made via any other channel are not eligible for BHR Reward Points. 
  13. BHR Reward Points never expire.
  14. BHR Reward Points may be redeemed by clicking the "Redeem Rewards" button to redeem your BHR Reward Points and you will receive a $200.00 voucher . 
  15. A minimum of 100 BHR Reward Points is required to redeem for your voucher. There are no blackout periods or restrictions as long as the hotel has availability for your chosen dates. A voucher must be used within 12 months of redemption.
  16. If a booking is subsequently cancelled, all points that have been redeemed to obtain the voucher are forfeited and cannot be refunded.
  17. There is no restriction on how many vouchers you can redeem. You cannot use more than 1 voucher per betterhotelroom.com booking.
  18. The accumulation of BHR Reward Points from hotel bookings can be used to redeem hotel accommodation for the business from all hotel bookings made by nominated staff, partners, and users.
  19. The accumulation of BHR Reward Points from hotel bookings can be used to redeem hotel accommodation for the charity from all hotel bookings made by nominated staff, partners, and associates.
